The Ire Of Fenrir - Norse Mythology

This is my last project that took me several weeks of work spread over a year and after several abounds and times ...

In Nordic mythology Fenrir is the son of god Loki. Considered too powerful and dangerous by the gods, Fenrir is cunningly tied with silk ribbons and will be released for the prophetic battle Ragnarök during which he will swallow Odin and then be violently slaughtered by Vidar, one of the god's sons.

In this project of my series "Ragnarök" I wanted to express the rage of the wolf Fenrir impatiently waiting for the end of the worlds to avenge the other gods who betrayed him. It was also an opportunity to explore new techniques and knowledge about:
-Anatomy of canids
-Ornatrix grooming workflow
-Simulation of viscous liquids (drool) and smoke
-Introduction to tyflow with the disintegration of ribbons
- Rigging techniques
-Procural environment (cellar)
